I just got one for my wife and find that its not necessarily better or worse than latex just different. The biggest difference is how heavy it is...a whole suit is easily something like 10 lbs, Beyond that, it's thicker and holds its shape more which creates a sort of shapewear effect when worn, especially since the sizing is often S, M, L vs custom fit and there are often molded features (boobs, butt, etc), which i'm a huge fan of. One of the big problems with latex is that it tends to flatten the ass and boobs. The molded features of the silicone suit help preserve and highlight instead.
