this is a "french postcard" from the studio of the Biederer brothers, active 1910-1930sanytime you see the ? in an upside down triangle it is from their studiothey later realized that spanking photos bring big money so a lot of what they did was that, which is quite expensive, they typically bring $100+ each on ebay
